In this video, Mark Scullard PhD, one of the developers of 363™ for Leaders, describes the 8 major approaches used in the assessment, and the 3 sub-categories of each approach. While all approaches are important, the degree of mastery in each will vary among leaders. However, it is important that all are addressed.
