The 363 for Leaders was a valuable exercise. Feedback from superiors, peers and support staff confirmed the strengths and more importantly areas to grow and develop. With an adjustment to one’s mindset and some creativity, the growth areas can be addressed and new skills learned and applied. An easy process to implement, I would encourage others to take part and begin the journey to self-development.
